This was the first song that Tvaux recorded, back in 2006. The first version was without the banjo, but with two guitars instead. This version was recorded a couple of months after the first version, about the same time as 'Better Still' was recorded.
lyrics
This is where the old road ends
I can feel it as we speak
There's a connection so immense
And you're only mine to keep
I feel I need to know exactly how you are
Step the movie one more frame
To the moment where we kiss
And now there's only me to blame
If I fuck up even this
I feel I need to touch you almost all the time
Stand alone and feel no pain
Stand alone in endless rain
This is where the old road ends
I can feel it as we kiss
There's a connection so immense
And you're only mine to miss
I feel I need to know exactly how you are
